POLICE are on the hunt for a missing teenager after she disappeared this week.
Officers from Essex Police are searching for Keli-Marie Moorton-Stripe, 17, who was reported missing on Thursday 6 August.
The teenager is from Basildon with police describing her as 5ft 2ins tall with a slim build and very long curly brown hair.
Essex Police say she was last seen on Thursday at lunchtime and was wearing jeans and a white top.
However, it is believed Keli may also have other clothes with her.
These include a black dress and a black roller-neck jumper and leggings.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "As well as having links to the Vange and Pitsea areas of Basildon, Keli also has links to Thurrock, including Grays and Chadwell St. Mary.
"We're worried about Keli and want to find her to make sure she is okay.
"If you have seen her or have any information about where she is, please call us on 101."
