Two men have been arrested after a suspected stolen car exceeded speeds of 100mph and crashed on the A127.
Police were involved in a lengthy chase down the busy dual carriageway, after the reported stolen car drove at speeds of more than 100mph, with the drivers then attempting to evade capture on foot.
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, dangerous driving, and failing to stop.
One male was already wanted by police.

A spokesman from Essex Police, said: "After reports of a stolen vehicle Southend Proactive Team joined forces with LPT and traffic to pursue a stolen car down the A127 with the stolen car exceeding speeds of over 100mph crashing and then trying to run away the team quickly apprehended both parties."
