Two-lorry crash causes traffic tailbacks for drivers on major Southend road
A crash between two lorries is causing traffic tailbacks on a major Southend road.
The crash, which happened at 8.45am this morning (August 27), took place on the A127 Londonbound between Progress Road and Rayleigh Weir.
The road has now been partially blocked at the junction with St Michael’s Road.
Queues are now tailing back past Progress Road.
Drivers have been advised to avoid the area and find an alternative route where possible.
