Hove seafront empty
Despite the huge painted “ No Cycling” signs on entry onto the promenade in Hove, the restriction is routinely ignored by many cyclists.
My chief fear is that sooner or later one of the toddlers, who so love this playground, may be injured or worse! If a few hefty fines were to be imposed on the spot, or perhaps bikes confiscated, the word would soon go around. An accident is not simply a possibility, it is a racing certainty sooner or later.
