An application has been submitted
An application to build an "industrial retail unit" and create 10 jobs has been lodged.
Eden District Council received the application from Barry Turner of Atkinson Building Contractors Ltd to build the unit on land off Greenbank Road, Eden Business Park, Penrith.
The public consultation on plans end on October 2.
According to the design and access statement: "The application proposes to erect a new industrial retail unit, B1 Business office, B2 General Industrial and B8 Storage or distribution premises, on agricultural land with vehicular access from Greenbank Road."
