Italian fans must try Flying Pasta in Westcliff which comes highly recommended with 370 excellent reviews and of course a fab view of the sea and beaches.

In at number six we have Piccolo Italian Restaurant with 4.5 stars and 431 top reviews, this Westcliff eatery on the seafront offers a range of authentic dishes from Italy.

Next is Padrino - a traditional Italian restaurant boasting a picturesque view of the seafront within short walking distance from the Cliffs Pavilion. Bosses pride themselves for being an independent establishment with a combined experience in Italian cuisine of over 25 years.

It has been given a top rating of 4.5 stars online - and is a sure to be a hit.

The popular Osborne Brothers restaurant is in at your number eight. This seafood cafe sitting on the shores of the Thames Estuary serves traditional seafood and shellfish, as well as sandwiches, fresh rolls and delicious fresh salads.

Customers say it's the place to be - one said: "After a long walk from Thorpe Bay to Leith I stumbled upon this establishment selling all sorts of seafood. Grabbed a half pint of cockles with vinegar & pepper and sat outside on a pleasant winters day. Worth the experience."

Also with a 4.5 star rating and lots of praise from you is The Grove, with an amazing outdoor dining area with stunning views this is a contemporary and informal bistro style restaurant open for breakfast, lunch or just delicious coffees and cakes.

Toulouse Restaurant is also a favourite spot with a fabulous seaside view, in at number 10 on Tripadvisor with 723 top reviews. Customers can't get enough and highly recommend.
