A HAND SANITISER has been urgently recalled.
The product has been labelled 'incorrectly' and could be a 'serious risk' to anyone using it.
Shield Hand Sanistier Gel, which was sold in different shops and cash and carry outlets from March 2020, has been found to contain methanol.

Methanol is a type of non-drinking alcohol that is mostly used to create fuel, solvents and anti-freeze and is poisonous for human consumption.
Manufacturer Harlington Laboratories, in Bristol, put the product recall notice on Trading Standards in October apologising for any 'inconvenience'.
It also warned people who have the hand sanistier to stop using it 'immediately' and keep it away from children and pets.
You can contact the retailer where you purchased it from for a refund or a replacement.
