Four school classes have been told to self isolate after a number of positive covid-19 cases.
The cases at Thundersley Primary School have seen the classes been sent home.
Headteacher Emma Dawson said: “A number of pupils at Thundersley Primary School have tested positive for COVID-19. All the cases have been contracted outside of school.
“We have been working with Public Health England (PHE) and the Local Authority to manage the situation. Following PHE advice, the school has asked the pupils and staff of four classes at the school to self-isolate.
“This has been immediately communicated to parents and carers, and remote learning is being provided to pupils self-isolating”.
