Man rushed to hospital with head injury after being hit by car
A man has been rushed to hospital after being hit by a car.
The incident, which involved a Honda CR-V and a pedestrian, happened yesterday afternoon (January 6) on Hillside Road, Billericay.
Emergency services took to the residential street just after 4pm, where the patient was assessed.
After medical teams had completed their assessment of the man, it was decided he needed further treatment after sustaining a head injury.
He was then transported to hospital.
Essex Police have been contacted for comment.
