A THUG has admitted a string of offences including robberies and assault.

Cameron Flynn is facing considerable time behind bars after admitting a total of nine crimes.

During some of the offences, the 20-year-old robbed and attempted to rob members of the public in Gloucester Park, Basildon on August 16 last year.

During the attempted robberies he tried to steal people's headphones and rucksacks.

During the robberies he stole various items, including one time where he stole a man's inhaler.

The nine offences include robbery, attempted robbery, assault and a section 18 wounding with intent offence.

Flynn, of Viola Close, South Ockendon, appeared at Basildon Crown Court yesterday via video link.

He admitted all offences and is due to be sentenced at the same court the week commencing March 1.

Judge Andrew Hurst told Flynn that the offences were "very serious" and that it caused "a lot of concern" and wanted to have reports into whether he is considered dangerous before he is sentenced.
