Stop - the police in Southend stopping the van last night
A DRIVER has been arrested after drugs were found in a van.
The Essex Police Operational Support Group were on patrols in Southend last night when they pulled over the white van.
A spokesman for the Southend Policing Team said: "Last night OSG were on OpSceptre patrols in Southend when they stopped this van.
"The vehicle smelt of cannabis and drugs were recovered.
"The driver also failed a drug wipe for cannabis and was arrested."
