State-of-the-art apartments which will be installed in a landmark Southend building have gone on sale for the first time.

Weston Homes is aiming to convert the former HMRC office block in Victoria Avenue into 217 new homes.

A mix of one, two and three bedrooms flats are being created, with many offering stunning views of Southend seafront.

The building itself will boast a brick and glass façade, with glass-fronted balustrades and a raised, glazed ground floor.

Each apartment will come fully-fitted with Oakwood designer kitchens, sleek bathrooms with RAC Ceramics wall and floor tiles, Fascino Smart Showers and Smart Baths and bespoke vanity units.

The properties also feature Forest oak doors with polished chrome ironmongery, fitted wardrobes to the main bedrooms, as well as a choice of soft carpets to bedrooms and strip flooring to the hallway, kitchen and living spaces.

Suzanne Aplin, Group Sales & Marketing Director at Weston Homes said: “We are delighted to announce the simultaneous sales launch of three key developments across the South East.

“The three developments are distinct and offer thoughtfully-designed collections of apartments and houses, with every home featuring our fully inclusive, luxurious specification.

“We decided to launch all three simultaneously due to exceptional customer demand and the reservations taken so far prove how incredibly popular these fantastic new schemes are with our customers.”

Weston Homes says 2,200 buyers have registered their interest in three projects so far.
