A MAN is set to appear in court to face a string of charges - including possession of a weapon for the discharge of noixious liquid or gas. 

Mitchell Buckley, 33, of Feenan Highway, Tilbury will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court tomorrow.

He will face two counts of possession a Class A drug with intent to supply; possession of a weapon for the discharge of noxious liquid or gas; and possession of prohibited ammunition.

Buckley will also face a charge of conspiracy to commit burglary.

The charge relates to incidents alleged to have taken place at Linford Food and Wine, East Tilbury, At Your Convenience in Orsett and Moylers in Tilbury.

Buckley has been remanded in custody ahead of his appearance tomorrow.
