Two people have been arrested after police found tools and a knife in a car.
Officers from Essex Police's operational support group made the arrests after stopping a vehicle in Benfleet yesterday (Saturday, March 27).
Their suspicions it was a 'cloned' vehicle - where a licence plate of another registered vehicle is used - were confirmed after a quick check.
The officers then searched the vehicle and found a number of items inside, including a knife, bolt cutters and a crowbar.
