A clever police dog helped sniff out a suspect hiding in a bush after a burglary in Laindon.
Officers from the Essex Police team were reportedly at the scene within minutes after being made aware of the burglary which took place on Friday night (April 2).
Together, the Essex Police Basildon crew joined forces with the Essex Police Special Constabulary and police dog Tex to find those responsible.
One person was caught by the officers, while a second who was hiding out in a bush was sniffed out by Tex.
