FIVE men have been charged with drug offences after police executed a series of raids across Southend and Grays.
Specialist officers carried out ten warrants on Saturday morning.
As a result, five men have been charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs and conspiracy to supply Class B drugs.
They are:
- Gary Salvin, 41, of Biggin Lane, Grays
- Jason Balding, 40, of Thames Close, Southend
- Daniel Deadman, 32, of Sherwood Way, Southend
- Mark Barrett, 42, of Glenwood Avenue, Southend
- Tony Carter, 39, of Albany Avenue, Southend

Each of the men are due to appear in Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
