A motorist who police say was driving over the speed limit has been charged with drink driving.
Officers had been following the car on the A13 last night and claim they spotted it undertaking other vehicles while driving at 90mph.
When they eventually stopped the car, it was alleged the driver had been drinking.
He had also been driving with his 14-year-old daughter sat in the car as a passenger.
The man was arrested and reportedly refused to provide a sample once in police custody.
He has since been charged and is due to appear in court.
Followed a driver this evening on the @A13essex undertaking at 90mph.

When stopped turned out to be a drunk driver but worse he had his 14 yr old daughter as a passenger.

Now charged to go to court.
