This week, we meet two wonderful pets that are looking for a place to call a forever home in our region.
Have a read of our factfiles below, get to know these two lovely pets and, if you feel you can help, do get in touch.
In line with the latest Government regulations we have started to commence rehoming appointments. Please see the Oak Tree Animals' Charity website for latest updates.
DAISY
Daisy is a beautiful, semi long-haired 3 year old cat who is slowly coming out of her shell and is getting more confident each day.
Although she can be nervous, we are taking things slowly with her and she is enjoying the attention of staff and volunteers who love to make a fuss of her.
Daisy loves nothing more than to be tickled under the chin and to sit in the sun and watch the world go by. We are, therefore, looking for a quiet home with outside access.
Daisy would prefer a home with no children and no other pets.
Do you have a little spot in your garden where Daisy can go and sunbathe?
PIE
Pie is our lovely 8 year old cob gelding who stands at 13.1 hh and is looking for a home as a companion.
He is very low maintenance and can live out all year round with mares or geldings. Pie can sometimes be tricky to catch but once caught he is very quiet to lead and handle.
Pie enjoys being groomed but can be nervous about people brushing his tail. The Equine Team are working on this and he is gaining in confidence each day.
Are you looking for a cute little companion to keep your pony company?
