Firefighters rescue trapped driver following nasty crash
A WOMAN was rescued by firefighters after becoming trapped in her car following a nasty crash involving another vehicle.
Essex fire crews from Grays and Orsett were called to Darenth Lane, South Ockendon, shortly after 11.30am today.
On arrival, crews reported two vehicles had been involved in a crash and a female driver was trapped in her car.
By 12.10pm the fast-thinking firefighters had made the scene safe and rescued the woman before leaving her in the care of paramedics.
