A PROBE into a woman's murder is continuing in Grays.
Essex Police are continuing to appeal for information following the death of a woman in her 80s in Lenmore Avenue at 5pm on Monday.
The woman was found unresponsive and sadly was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 60 year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of murder.
She and the victim are known to each other.
A police spokesman said: "A forensic post-mortem examination was carried out this morning but further tests are needed to determine a cause of death.
"Officers have been carrying out enquiries today and are continuing to do so.
