QUEUES are building on the A127 after a broken down vehicle was left blocking one lane.
There are delays on the Southend-bound carriageway between the A1245 Fairglen Interchange and Progress Road as a result of the incident.
Queues have formed three miles back, with the AA’s traffic map suggesting delays of at least 18 minutes are expected.
Some delays are also being reported on the west-bound carriageway.

Traffic is beginning to ease and queues have shortened. Some delays are still expected throughout the next hour.
