The flooding
FLOODING on a roundabout is causing delays on the A127 today.
Torrential downpours in Basildon following a wave of thunderstorms has led the Fortune of War roundabout to flood.
There are delays from the junction with High Road leading back to the junction with Pipps Hill Road.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area or allow extra time for travelling.
Storms are expected in south Essex until the end of this evening with a yellow weather warning in place.
