A large group of young people 'behaving anti-socially' along the seafront led to police putting in place another dispersal order in Southend.
The order ran from 8.36pm last night and will remain in place until 8.36pm tonight (Friday).
It follows reports of a large group of young people behaving anti-socially along the seafront.
The dispersal order area includes Western Esplanade from Chalkwell Avenue, Marine Parade and Eastern Esplanade to Liftans Way.

It also includes Southend High Street.
An Essex Police spokesman said: "The order has been put in place to prevent crime and disorder and prevent people living in the area being harassed, alarmed or distressed.
"It gives officers powers to move anyone believed to be behaving anti-socially from the area.
"Breaching any direction given under the order is a criminal offence and, if you do, you could be arrested."

It comes just days after two teenagers were stabbed in an attack in Marine Parade, Southend.
This also triggered a huge dispersal zone, which gives police powers to move people on swiftly.
It followed several targeted assaults and reports of weapons being seen.
Businesses were forced to close early after the gang of teenagers were seen running with knives before the brawl.
Council bosses have warned anti-social behaviour from out of towners could become out of control if “robust action” isn’t taken soon.
