On many occasions over the past 30 years, actors and crew from the hit BBC One soap have ventured to Southend for various storylines.
Stars ranging from June Brown (Dot Branning), Shirley Carter (Linda Henry), Whitney (Shona McGarty) have all filmed at seafront locations in the town.
Back in 1987, Pauline Fowler (Wendy Richard), Arthur Fowler (Bill Treacher) and Michelle (Susan Tully) filmed in Southend trying to find son Mark.
They were pictured by our photgrapher at the old Peter Pan's Playground.
