An electrical failure is causing delays on the c2c line between Basildon and Laindon.
Train services running across the whole c2c network may be delayed as a result of the works to fix the failure.
A c2c spokesperson said: “Due to the failure of the electricity supply between Basildon and Laindon services are currently delayed and may be altered or cancelled, please see our website for live updates.”
If your journey has been disrupted by more than 15 minutes, you may be entitled to cash compensation. Visit the c2c website and search 'Delay Repay' for information on how to claim.
