A MUM and daughter have appeared in court charged with supplying cocaine and cannabis in south Essex.
Keani Hobbs, 22, and Melanie Hobbs, 42, both of Eastbrooks Place, in Pitsea, have been charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A drug and conspiracy to produce a Class B drug.
As part of the investigation, Jack Pollard, 18, of Wicklow Walk, in Shoebury, is also charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A drug.
The trio appeared in Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (September 11).
No pleas were entered and they are all due appear at Basildon Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on October 11.
Melanie Hobbs was remanded into custody while Keani Hobbs and Pollard were released on conditional bail.
