Four ambulance vehicles, three fire engines, army officers and other vehicles were spotted this morning near homes.
Worried residents spotted the large emergency service presence outside their homes at about 9am this morning.
One shocked resident said: "I don't know what's happening but there's been four incident response ambulances, three fire engines, army officers walking past and also a black 4x4 vehicle and all had blue flashing lights.
"I am worried to go out and leave my house with this going on."

Images show two ambulance vehicles blocking the residential street outside the homes earlier this morning.
The Echo has contacted Essex Police, East of England Ambulance Service and Essex Fire Service for comments on the incident.
