A WOMAN who failed to prove the person behind the wheel of an Audi had insurance to drive it has been fined.
Aksa Raza, 38, of Coleridge Road, Tilbury, was required to provide proof of insurance after the vehicle was driven by another person in April this year.
When this did not happen she was summonsed to court.
Raza admitted the offence at Lavender Hill Magistrates' Court.
She was fined £115 and ordered to pay a victim services charge of £34.
