A DRIVER has been fined for using a vehicle with a valid MOT certificate.
Christine Rush, 72, of London Hill, Rayleigh, appeared at Basildon Magistrates Court on October 20.
She was charged with using a motor vehicle on a road without a valid test certificate.
On March 25 in Burnt Mills Road, Basildon she was driving the Ford Fiesta without the valid MOT certificate.
She admitted the offence and was fined £85, and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.00, and costs of £90.
