A MAN who breached a restraining order on Facebook has been handed a suspended prison sentence.
David Rich, 70, had written and published a post on the social media platform in Basildon back on January 28.
It referred to two people he was unable to communicate with in anyway because of restraining order.
He also appeared at the address of one of the people on October 20 where he shouted at them through a window.

Rich, of Main Road, St Lawrence, was handed an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for eight weeks during a hearing at Colchester Magistrates Court last week.
Court documents state this was because he ‘persists’ in breaching orders.
Rich was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and Crown Prosecution costs of £145.
