A PENSIONER who threw rubbish onto a woman’s garden and driveway has been ordered to pay hundreds of pounds.
Victoria Devonport, 75, had also sprayed water on the victim’s garden, as well as call her a ‘f****** little b****’ between March and June last year.
She denied a charge of harassment without violence but was found guilty during a hearing at Basildon Magistrates Court last week.
She was also convicted of using threatening/ abusive words/ behaviour to cause harassment/ distress.

Devonport, of Tanswell Avenue, Basildon, was fined £50 and ordered to pay £200 in compensation.
Magistrates also ordered her to pay £84 in costs, including a victim surcharge of £34.
