Detectives are searching for the man pictured after children's toys worth hundreds of pounds were stole.
The items were taken from the B&M store at the Canvey Retail Park.
The theft happened around 9.45am on Saturday, November 13 and police want to speak to two men in relation to the incident.

A spokesman said: "Anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have information about the identity of the persons pictured should please submit a report online at https://www.essex.police.uk or use the 'Live Chat' button to speak to an online operator between 7am-11pm.
"You can also call 101 quoting the crime reference number 42/263219/21."
Information can also be given to independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
