TWO men from south Essex who were caught driving while not wearing a seatbelt have been ordered to pay hundreds of pounds.
Both Mihai Suciu and Paul Whittaker were sentenced at Bromley Magistrates Court last week after they committed the offences in London.
Suciu, of Wimbish End, Basildon, was caught behind the wheel of a moving vehicle without wearing a seatbelt in Havering on April 22.

The 35-year-old was fined £220 by magistrates and ordered to pay costs of £134.
Whittaker, of Kensington Road, Southend, failed to wear a seatbelt while he was driving in Rainham on April 21.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £134 and fined £220.
