TWO people have been arrested after police found a huge cannabis farm in Wickford.
Officers raided a property in the town earlier this morning and found more than 200 plants growing inside.
Two people were arrested at the scene and are now being questioned by detectives.
The find was revealed on the Essex Police - Basildon Facebook page where a spokesman said: "The Wickford and Billericay Community Policing Team, have executed a warrant in Wickford this morning and located a large cannabis cultivation of over 200 plants.
"Two people are in custody for questioning."
Anyone with information about the cannabis farm is asked to contact Essex Police on 101.
