Delays on main road in Southend after 'accident involving pedestrian'
A pedestrian has reportedly been involved in an accident in Southend this evening.
There are delays on Queensway due to the incident.
The road is said to be partially blocked near to the junction with Chichester Road.
Severe delays of up tp 17 minutes are being reported by the AA.
Essex Police has been contacted for comment.

Essex Travel News reports delays have eased in the area and all lanes are now open.
