A man appeared in court charged with using violence to secure entry to premises.
Luke Chambers, 29, of Athelstan Gardens, Wickford allegedly used violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises, namely 61 Stevenson Way, Wickford, knowing that there was someone present on those premises who was opposed to the said entry on July 13.
He denied the charge and was remanded on bail until February 18 at Southend Magistrates Court. He is to attend or warrant to issue, for the trial, to appear or the case may proceed.
The bail condition include: Not to contact directly or indirectly a man or woman except through a third party, not to enter Garnet Court, Chelmsford and Stevenson Way, Wickford, for any reason.
