THE woman killed in a serious crash on Canvey has been named during an inquest.
Hollie Hudson, 33, died following the collision near to the Waterside Farm Leisure Centre.
An inquest into her death was opened at Essex Coroner’s Court in Chelmsford today.
It was then suspended due to the ongoing police investigation and no future date was set for a full inquest.
Police launched an investigation following the crash in Somnes Avenue on December 28.
A Vauxhall Corsa was understood to have been involved in the incident.
The road was closed throughout the evening to allow specialist officers to carry out investigation work.
A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs.
