Resurfacing works mean a road on Canvey will be closed for nearly three weeks.
Essex Highways is closing Point Road between February 4 and 24 while work takes place.
It will be closed from the roundabout near Zider Pass until the end of the road.
Two-way traffic lights have been temporarily installed in Point Road from today ahead of maintenance work.
Temporary no waiting, stopping or loading restrictions have also been installed.
A road closure/ roadworks is due on Point Road, Canvey Island on 4 February until 24 February 2022. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Essex County Council undertakes resurfacing.
