Closure - Kilworth Avenue, Southend.
POLICE have shut off a road in Southend this morning.
Reports sent into the Echo show Kilworth Avenue, Southend, was shut at around 8am.
One resident noticed the road closure while leaving for work at around 8:10am.

It is yet unknown why the road has been shut off, but Essex Police have been contacted for a comment.
