LONG queues have formed on the M25 in Essex ttoday due to lane closures at the Dartford Crossing.
Delays of up to 30 minutes were reported on the clockwise carriageway between junction 31 and junction 29 (A127) at lunchtime.
National Highways said the queues were more than seven-miles long.
Two lanes on the QE2 bridge have been closed due to strong winds.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning in Essex for wind, with strong gusts expected up until at least 6pm.
Delays on the M25 are also causing problems on the A13 westbound.
Drivers are warned an extra 20 minutes will likely be added to the journey times on the A13.

Update 5pm
Delays are now back to junction 28 of the M25 at Brentwood.
Drivers are urged to consider using the anticlockwise side for their journeys.
Queues are now around 10 miles long, with delays of up to TWO hours reported by Highways.
