A number of road closures are scheduled around Castle Point as the country is set to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

Thursday and Friday were made official bank holidays by the Government to mark Her Majesty's 70 years of service with a four-day long celebration.

There are a host of big events planned across south Essex for the milestone, including street parties, which are accompanied by a range of road closures.
