Mr Biagioni says Pasta Pia is more unusual as the kitchen is in a separate building to the dining area, but has proved popular selling street food-style pasta.
He said: “The kitchen is down the road and this will take someone prepared to do that.
“Usually, the kitchen is on site and this could be a reason why there’s not as much interest as we would expect.
“It’s been reduced in price and may need to go down again.
“The family are selling it due to personal reasons related to health.
