A child was rushed to hospital after a crash in Shoebury earlier today.
Emergency services were called to Eagle Way at about 12.20pm today after reports of a crash.
An ambulance, police and air ambulance were on the scene.
Crews treated a young boy at the scene before transporting him to Southend University Hospital by road for further assessment and care.

An Essex Police spokesman said: "Our officers were called to Mallards in Shoeburyness at 12.25pm today, Wednesday 15 June, to reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian.
"A child was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
"We would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and saw the collision or anyone who has dash cam footage."
