A DRINK driver who was caught three times the legal limit for alcohol has been handed a hefty ban from the roads.
Tomasz Blasiak, of Toledo Court, Southend, was stopped driving in Southchurch Road with 141 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - more than three times the legal limit of 35 - on April 27.

The 42-year-old has been ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work after pleading guilty at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on June 1.
He must also pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £95 and £105 prosecution costs.
On top of that, he has been banned from driving for three years.
