A HGV driver is set to appear in court after failing a drugs test when stopped by police.
Essex Police officers in the roads policing unit dealt with an HGV driver parking illegally under a bridge on the M25.
They say he failed a drugs test and then failed to provide a sample at custody.
He has been charged and will attend court where the unit says "a driving ban is likely".
