Two popular food chains are set to open up new stores in Southend with signs going up at the same building.
Signs have gone up at a prime spot at the junction of the High Street and Clifftown Road as Dynamite Wings and 12th Street share the same building.
Dynamite Wings announced in May that it was coming to the city when inital plans for new signage were submitted to Southend Council.

The chicken wings chain prides itself on being the “UK’s newest and most innovative chicken wings chain”.
12th Street Burgers is an American-style restaurant with "100 per cent" Angus beef burgers and classics like its famous 12th Street Burger.
Plus it sells popular shakes, fries, onion rings and much more.
Both chains already have stores in Milton Keynes, West Ealing, Enfield and Collier Row - making this their first Essex branches.
It is unknown when the restaurants will be opening, as both chains have been contacted for comment.
