Warning - Lights at the Bell junction are no longer operational
DRIVERS are being warned as traffic lights at a busy junction have stopped working.
Southend City Council is warining drivers to take care with the lights cutting out at the Bell junction.
The big junction is based on the A127 in Southend and the inactive traffic lights could spell disaster if drivers are not careful.
The council says it is working to fix the issue, but drivers should be vigilent until it is fixed.
Please be aware the traffic lights at the Bell junction are currently not working. We are working to resolve this issue but please approach the junction with caution. @BBCEssex @RadioEssex
