A rolled over car reportedly partially blocked a road in Shoebury earlier today.
Elm Road in Shoebury was partially blocked, according to reports, due to an overturned vehicle in the road.
Police and emergency services were spotted on the scene by residents.

The road was blocked between Vanguard Way / Hermes Way and Wakering Road / Blackgate Road, according to AA traffic news.
The incident has now cleared but it is unknown if anyone has been injured.
Essex Police and the East of England Ambulance Service have been contacted for comment.
