POLICE have launched an investigation after man was left with a head injury following an assault.
Officers would like to speak to two men after an assault in Southend which left a man with an injury to his head.
The incident happened in Victoria Avenue at around 10:05pm, yesterday.
The victim reported the men approached him on an electric bike.

A spokesman for Essex Police said: “We are investigating an assault in Southend which left a man with an injury to his head.
“We want to speak to two men, including one described as white, slim, in his 20s or 30s with brown hair and wearing a blue tracksuit, and surgical face mask.
“If you have any information, CCTV, doorbell or dash cam footage in relation to this incident then please get in contact with us.
“Please quote incident 1396 of August 2.”
