A teenage boy has been charged with multiple offences after work to tackle county lines drug dealing in Essex.
The 17-year-old boy from Stanford-le-Hope was arrested on Wednesday, August 17 following proactive work from Essex Police's Operation Raptor Team.
He was charged with being concerned in the supply of a controlled Class B drug, concerned in the supply of cocaine, and acquiring criminal property.
He will next appear in court on November 15.
An Essex Police spokesman said: "Operation Raptor was set up in 2014 to disrupt and dismantle drug supply in Essex.
"The team gathers intelligence on drugs and gang activity and conducts search warrants to directly target drug dealing in the area."
